You are an independent business owner (IBO). c.3 This is a cash-basis business. Personal loans are discouraged.
2. BELIEVE IN YOUR DOWNLINE
a. Always respect your Downlines. a.1 Treat your Downlines as business partners.
b. Sponsor should believe in their Downlines’ capability and potential for growth.
c. Sponsor should guide and mentor their Downlines. c.1 Introduce the Vision, Mission and Core Values c.2 Discuss the iTEAM Protocol c.3 Share the iTEAM Success System
3. RESPECT YOUR CROSSLINES
a. Treat them as business partners. a.1 Support and inspire your Crosslines. a.2 Do not sponsor registered members.
In the absence of the sponsor, one should do the following: Endorse referral/s to Crosslines through proper communication as proof of invitation (e.g. text, email, chat, etc.) Leader/s should ask walk-in/s if someone referred them the business Give instructions to the referral/s to properly log-in and register
a.3 Leaders should not resort to any form of bribery for the mere intention of sponsoring other’s referral
4. CONCENTRATE YOUR OWN NETWORK
a. Focus on your Downlines, not on your Uplines
b. Be self-sufficient; encourage all members to have their own business forms & materials
c. Do not discuss religion or politics to avoid discrimination.
d. Placement is the prerogative of the sponsor.
e. Build from you, downwards.
e.1 Support your groups equally
e.2 Be responsible for the growth of your direct Downline/s.
5. TRAINING ABOVE ALL
a. Have the responsibility to know and teach your Downlines everything about the following: a.1 Company a.2 Products/Services a.3 Compensation Plan a.4 Electronic system (Mobile App, Purchase, genealogy, etc.)
b. Learn fast to grow fast. b.1 Learn to present the business. The learning process shall be: 1st presentation: I do it. You watch. 2nd presentation: I do it again. You watch again. 3rd presentation: I do it. You do it. 4th presentation: You do it. I watch. 5th presentation: You do it.
Before leaving your Downlines to go on their own, make sure they have enough know-how and motivation to succeed and to teach others.

a. Smile and give warm welcome to all
a.1 Warm greeting to any newcomer regardless of which group they belong. Say Good morning! a.2 iTEAM chant iTEAM! It what? Response: It burns!
b. Be in proper attire in company offices and during events or activities. b.2 No slippers or sando or very informal attire within office premises or events
7. FOLLOW ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES
a. All forms of solicitation are subject for approval by the Board of Directors
b. Promotion of other products and services are strictly prohibited within company premises.
c. Follow standard pricing policies, Do not overprice or underprice.
8. READ & FOLLOW iTEAM PROTOCOL MANUAL
a.A new iTEAM network member should be informed, read and signed a copy of this protocol upon registration.
b. The member should attend the orientation of the protocol and company policies.
